This photo is from 1956 when American Thread, William Brand Company
and Electro Motive MFG gave parade flags to the Police Benevolent
Association. Arthur Stewart ( manager of ATCO), Alfred Brand
(William Brand Co.) and Mrs. Jesse Greer (Electro Motive) presented
the flags to Chief Frederick Laramie, policeman Charles Vertefeuille
(PBA President) and policeman Louis Piazza (chairman of the Color Guard).
