Christmas decorations for downtown Willimantic. Can anyone tell me why Willimantic doesn't have a Christmas display for the holidays? Its such a beautiful little town with the bridge and all.The City looks so lonesome as an outsider driving into the City.Does anyone care.

What a shame. I can remember many yrs. ago that the day after Thanksgiving they always lit the Chrismas lights on Main St. They just decorated the poles on Main St. Come Willie let us get some pride.

Remember the big looped garlands, lights and decorations on Main Street? I was born under the star atop Windham Hospital.
