Willimantic businessman Henry C. Hall, in
addition to his Main Street grocery store, ran
the boarding house and restaurant that served
the temporary inhabitants of the Willimantic
Camp Meeting Association during their annual
meeting. As many as five thousand would attend
the week long meeting.

Mr. Walter B. Jeffers. He was originally from Jewett City, CT
and had
accepted the position of caretaker at the
Willimantic Camp Meeting Association grounds. He
quickly became a beloved figure there
